Raised within the Wolf Clan, Aurelia was betrothed to the Wolf King Cade since childhood, and their bond was deep. Yet, on the very day she discovered she was pregnant, Cade fell instantly in love with Celeste, a human noblewoman, and began to view Aurelia as a burden. Celeste secretly destroyed the life-sustaining elixir—procured at the cost of Aurelia’s mother’s life (a master alchemist)—and framed Aurelia for brewing a lethal poison intended to kill. Her childhood sweetheart looked on coldly, allowing a blood-contract curse to ravage the unborn child in her womb. With her kin dead and her beloved having betrayed her, Aurelia stood atop the Tower of the Lunar Eclipse; her white robes stained with blood, she cast herself into the void. Key Highlights: A pregnant wolf-woman is cruelly betrayed by her childhood sweetheart and framed for killing her own kin; she makes a resolute leap from the Tower of the Lunar Eclipse, her white robes drenched in blood. After her death, the blood contract backfires, driving the arrogant Wolf King to madness and the destruction of his own soul as he kneels, begging for a single embrace from her lingering spirit. The story culminates in the ultimate "redemption arc through agony"—where the male lead is imprisoned for life in an abyss of remorse—delivering a cathartic, high-intensity emotional payoff.
